What You’ll Learn
In this class, we’ll explore how you can use travel, mindfulness and photography to promote and enhance your overall well-being.
Your au pair year is about caring for others. This weekend gives you time to recharge, explore, connect with new friends, and create memories of your own.
The course features a thoughtfully balanced schedule that gives you time to experience Miami — not just rush through it. On Day 3, you’ll even have the opportunity to choose your own adventure — an Everglades experience or a Key West excursion.
All in all, you’ll spend more time exploring and less time in a classroom!
Course Description & Miami Experience

-
All too often, people think wellness travel is limited to visiting expensive spas and retreats, yet it’s really so much more. It’s a path to relaxation and rejuvenation, a proactive approach we can take to find balance in our fast-paced and often demanding lives; a way to tune in, reset and break free from your daily responsibilities; an opportunity to learn new things and grow as a person.
Immersed in Miami’s tropical ambiance, you’ll experience how mindful travel can help you reconnect with yourself — and the world around you.
-
Our engaging online program introduces the ideas behind wellness travel and mindful photography, encouraging you to slow down, be present, and experience Miami with intention. By arriving prepared, you'll spend less time in a classroom and more time exploring, connecting, and creating meaningful memories.
