Welcome to New York City

1 p.m. to 8 p.m.

Meet your group near the 9/11 Memorial, begin exploring downtown Manhattan and enjoy the included welcome lunch.

Luggage storage is available at the meeting point on Friday, with retrieval at the end of the day. A fee applies.

Saturday, October 17

Landmarks + Neighborhoods

9 a.m. to 5 p.m.

Meet at Grand Central Station, then explore New York’s neighborhoods and landmarks on foot and by public transportation.

Sunday, October 18

More Iconic New York

9 a.m. to 3 p.m.

Meet at Grand Central Station and continue exploring the city’s memorable places before wrapping up your weekend.

Daily Meeting Points
  • Friday: 1 p.m. near the 9/11 Memorial.

Friday Luggage Storage

Guests may store luggage at the meeting point on Friday and retrieve it at the end of the day. A fee applies.

Tour Cancellation Policy
  • 22 or more days before the tour: Full refund.
  • 11–21 days before the tour: Refund less a $50 cancellation fee.
  • 10 or fewer days before the tour: No refund.

To cancel, email Learning Across America. Your cancellation is not effective until you receive written confirmation from Learning Across America.

First sign up for the tour and receive your emailed confirmation. Once your place is confirmed, you may book your travel arrangements.

As the tour approaches, Learning Across America will send a WhatsApp group link so guests can communicate and discuss travel plans.
